The Minority Outdoor Alliance and Texas Parks and Wildlife are excited to present MOA FEST 2023. MOA Fest ‘23 will be at the beautiful grounds of McKinney Roughs Nature Park on October 13th and 14th in Austin, Texas. The park grounds are a convenient 15 minute drive from the airport.

Friday 10/13


Join us for a “once in a lifetime” bat cave viewing experience on October 13th.

Saturday 10/14

8:00am – Registration Opens (Raft trip, Challenge course Scheduling, UTV & E-Mountain Bike Scheduling)

9:00am - 12:00pm: River Rafting Opens (45 Spots Available, will need to pre-reserve sign-up list)(Meet outside visitors center to get on the bus)

9:00am – 10:00am Bird Dog Demo (Durrell Smith)

9:00am - 5:00pm: The Gathering Spot

8:30 - 12pm: Archery Lessons

8:30 - 12pm: Fly Fishing Instruction

8:30 - 12pm: Clays Shooting 

9:00 am – 11:30pm: Challenge Course (Zipline Included) (30 Spots available, first come first serve sign-up list)(Meet in front of visitor’s center for instruction)

10:30 - 12pm: E-Mountain Bikes

10:00 am - 12pm: UTV Tour

11:00 - 11:40am: Wild Game Cooking Demo (Jane Marcum)

11:40 - Annular Solar Eclipse Viewing
